Jade Yusi

1st AC / Camera Operator

As a young girl, Jade Yusi always had a camera in hand–capturing and recording her adventures with her family. Now, with a BFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Burbank, she is dedicated to work on projects that help diverse groups of people see themselves on the big screen. Jade has worked as part of the camera department for the past three years, but her favorite thing about filmmaking is the collaborative aspect of it. She believes visual storytelling has the power to bring people together, both behind the scenes and beyond the screen. Jade lives to be behind the camera, painting a picture with every frame she captures.

Alyssa Gonzalez

Editor/PA

Alyssa grew up loving movies/TV and definitely watched more than the doctor would have approved of. When she became so connected with a character like Korra or felt the fan power from a show like Wynonna Earp, she knew what she wanted to do. She loves the effect that stories can have on people and the positive communities they can build. She now strives to help increase the diversity of these stories and push for positive representation. This is why she decided to study cinema and television arts at Cal State Fullerton and ultimately graduate with a drive stronger than ever. She now works as a freelance editor and camera assistant and continues to work towards her goals every day.
